Job Overview:

The purpose of this position is to actively exceed individual sales targets while supporting the overall sales and profit objectives of the store. You will provide exceptional customer service and take on various senior-level responsibilities within the store, making it a rewarding opportunity for those who are passionate about music and sales.

Key Responsibilities (not exhaustive):

Drive sales to surpass personal sales targets. Promote the Music & Arts lesson program. Network effectively with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations to create business opportunities. Build strong customer relationships and deliver engaging sales presentations based on training. Provide exceptional customer service to every customer. Encourage customer loyalty. Assist in various store operations, including merchandising and store displays. Ensure store security by managing access to keys and alarm codes. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required. A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Strong knowledge of musical instruments and written music. About Music & Arts:
