Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Senior Sales Associate! In this role, you will have the chance to achieve individual sales goals that contribute to the overall success of our store, while delivering exceptional customer service and undertaking senior-level responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales to surpass personal targets and support store objectives.Advocate for the Music & Arts lesson program to enhance customer engagement.Build relationships by networking with local teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations.Develop strong customer relationships through engaging and persuasive sales presentations.Provide outstanding customer service to every visitor.Encourage customer loyalty and satisfaction.Participate in all aspects of store operations, including merchandising and store maintenance.Ensure store security by managing access and personal alarm codes.Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support team success.Why Choose Music & Arts? Compensation: $15.50 - $16.50/hr plus commission, based on location, background, and experience.

Required Skills and Experience:
