Are you a passionate musician with a knack for sales? We are looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Senior Sales Associate to help us meet our sales goals while providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will take on senior-level responsibilities and play a key part in our store's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and surpass personal sales targets to contribute to the store's overall objectives.Promote our Music & Arts lesson program to attract more customers.Network with local teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations to create business opportunities.Build strong customer relationships and deliver persuasive sales presentations based on your training.Provide outstanding service to every customer, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.Encourage customer loyalty through exceptional service and engagement.Assist in store operations, including merchandising and store maintenance.Ensure store security by managing access to keys and alarm codes.Take on additional duties as necessary.Why Work at Music & Arts?

We offer a competitive pay rate of $17.00-$17.50 per hour depending on your experience and location. Requirements:

A High School Diploma or GED is required.At least 2 years of relevant work experience.Strong knowledge of musical instruments and written music is essential.About Music & Arts:
