Part-Time Senior Sales Consultant

As a Part-Time Senior Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in achieving sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and taking on senior-level responsibilities in our vibrant store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive personal sales to surpass established sales targets. Promote our Music & Arts lesson program to enhance customer engagement. Build relationships within the local community, including teachers, schools, churches, and organizations. Deliver persuasive sales presentations based on comprehensive sales training. Exhibit excellent customer service consistently to foster customer loyalty. Collaborate on merchandising, displays, and maintaining store standards. Ensure store security by managing keys and alarm codes. Perform additional tasks as assigned to support store operations. Why Join Music & Arts? Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Strong knowledge of musical instruments and music notation.
