Part-Time Senior Sales Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to take on a Senior Sales Consultant role. This position focuses on exceeding personal sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the overall sales goals of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed personal sales goals consistently. Champion the Music & Arts lesson program to enhance engagement. Build connections with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations to drive business growth. Foster strong customer relationships and deliver engaging sales presentations that reflect your training. Provide outstanding customer service that ensures every customer feels valued. Encourage and promote customer loyalty. Participate actively in all aspects of store operations, including merchandising and maintaining a welcoming environment. Ensure store security protocols are followed, including management of keys and access codes. Perform additional duties as directed by management to support the store. Why Choose Music & Arts?

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. 2 years of relevant work experience. Knowledgeable about musical instruments and music notation. About Us:
