Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers, students, and educators in their musical journey by helping them with instrument, accessory, and print music purchases.Guide customers through our instrument rental programs and facilitate lesson enrollment to enhance their musical experience.Efficiently operate the POS system, handle cash transactions, and accurately process online and special orders.Maintain visually appealing merchandise displays, signage, and ensure the sales floor remains clean and organized.Assist with inventory tasks such as stocking, tagging, and conducting cycle counts to keep our store well-stocked.Collaborate with lesson instructors and school representatives to effectively meet the needs of the community.Strive to meet or exceed individual and store sales and service goals to contribute to our success.Troubleshoot basic customer issues while escalating more complex concerns to store leadership when necessary.Essential Skills
