Join Our Team as a Part-Time Senior Sales Representative!

We are looking for dedicated individuals who can help us achieve our sales goals while providing an outstanding experience to our customers. In this role, you'll take on senior-level responsibilities and be a vital part of our store's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Surpass personal sales targets to contribute to the store’s overall success.Promote our Music & Arts lesson program to enhance community engagement.Build relationships by networking with local teachers, schools, churches, and organizations.Deliver engaging sales presentations backed by our comprehensive training.Provide exceptional customer service to every individual who walks through our doors.Encourage customer loyalty through personalized interactions.Participate in merchandising, displays, and overall store maintenance.Ensure security protocols are adhered to, including managing keys and alarm codes.Take on additional duties as assigned by management.Why Work at Music & Arts?

We offer competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $15.00 per hour, based on location, experience, and qualifications, along with additional sales incentives for outstanding performance. Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED is required.At least 2 years of relevant work experience.Strong understanding of musical instruments and written music is essential.About Us:
