Key Responsibilities:

Drive personal sales to surpass sales targets. Promote the Music & Arts lesson program to enhance customer engagement. Build connections with local teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations. Create lasting customer relationships through effective sales presentations. Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure every customer's needs are met. Encourage customer loyalty through meaningful interactions. Engage in all store operations, including merchandising, display management, and maintenance tasks. Ensure store security through proper management of keys and alarm codes. Qualifications:

A High School Diploma or GED is required. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Strong knowledge of musical instruments and music theory is essential. About Music & Arts:
