Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales to surpass personal goals and contribute to the team's success. Promote our Music & Arts lesson program to engage and inspire customers. Build and maintain strong relationships through networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations. Deliver persuasive sales presentations based on extensive sales training. Ensure every customer receives outstanding service by demonstrating a genuine passion for music. Foster customer loyalty and return business. Actively participate in merchandising, store displays, and maintenance activities. Safeguard the store's security, including managing keys and alarm codes. Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required. 2 years of relevant work experience. Strong knowledge of musical instruments and written music is essential.
