Description: We are seeking a talented and dedicated Part-Time Therapeutic Musician who is a vocalist with experience in guitar and/or piano accompaniment to provide engaging musical programs for the elderly across facilities in Silver Spring, DC, and Northern Virginia. The musician will deliver 1-on-1 and group music services, facilitate non-musical activities, and create reports to support the activities department. • Collaborate in the development and customization of musical programming. • Travel to different locations to deliver services and maintain a flexible schedule, including weekend shifts. We believe that creative experiences do not stop at retirement and that the elderly have a right to fulfillment in all aspects of life.
