This role fosters musical growth, confidence, creativity, and appreciation for the arts within a structured, faith‑based learning environment. What You’ll Gain • Consistent weekly schedule • Supportive Christian environment Key Skills • Music instruction (vocal and/or instrumental) • Classroom engagement and student motivation • Patience and positive reinforcement • Ability to prepare students for performances and presentations • Foundational music theory and rhythm instruction Minimum Requirements • Experience in music education, performance, or related field • Ability to work with elementary and/or middle school students • Minimum of 12 credit hours in music or related specialty area • Availability for 1 weekly instructional session Responsibilities • Lead weekly music classes and/or rehearsals • Teach foundational music concepts, including rhythm, pitch, and performance skills • Provide vocal and/or instrumental instruction • Prepare students for school events, programs, and presentations • Foster creativity and confidence within a structured, faith‑based environment Compensation: $20 – $25 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
