Covenant Baptist Church in Collierville, Tennessee, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Pastor of Music Media to lead our congregation and choir in worship and spiritual growth. Collierville is a suburb of Memphis, Tennessee.Areas of Responsibilities:The Music Media Pastor will be responsible for developing and executing a long-term vision and plan for these ministries. Complete listing of job description to be given at the interview stage.· General:o A growing relationship with Jesus Christo A call to full-time ministryo A passion for worship and a working knowledge of media, both digital and print.o A display of such desirable qualities as teamwork, cooperation, dependability, organization, hard work, respect, staff loyalty, and a teachable spirito A commitment to and agreement with the statements of beliefs of Covenant Baptist Church as stated in the Constitution and Bylaws, as well as the SBC Baptist Faith Message Statement.· Ministry:o Coordinate ministry to support and complement Covenant Baptist Church’s purpose and visiono Play an active role in all aspects of church life beyond Music and Media, such aso Attend all worship services unless prevented by ministry duties approved by the Senior Pastor.o Serve as Staff Advisor for church committees as assigned by the Senior Pastor.
