This position will oversee musical worship and another area of ministry that suits the gifts of the man called to this position. The primary purpose of this ministry position is to oversee all worship and musical elements at Trinity. As a pastoral position the Worship Pastor is expected to be a disciple maker. Managing the scheduling of musicians, tech teams, and worship leaders for weekend services. Identifying, Inviting, and Investing in volunteers and leaders to be a part of the worship ministry.
