• Oversee the music ministry, managing volunteers and ensuring a cohesive and engaging musical experience. • Collaborate with the Lead Pastor and other staff members to plan and execute worship services. • Maintain regular office hours, preparing, practicing, planning, training, equipping, and discipling worship ministry team participants. • Manage and maintain musical equipment, instruments, cords, mics, computers, etc. • Represent the Worship Ministry on the CFN Outreach Influence Team, strategically planning outreach opportunities to reach others who do not yet know Jesus.
