Job Description: Essential responsibilities and duties will include, but are not limited to the following: • Assist Pension Benefits Director (PBD) with clerical tasks and administrative projects • First point of contact for PBD • Administer the Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO) process • Schedule meetings and calls for PBD with participants and stakeholders • Retrieve voicemails from the Customer Service mailbox, assign them to Pension staff for callbacks, and follow-up on outstanding voicemails.
