Key Role of a Percussion Accompanist The primary objective of this position is to provide skilled percussion services for an upcoming musical production. This part-time role entails performing in rehearsals and performances as needed. Core Responsibilities: • Consistent attendance and punctuality for work schedules • Performing additional duties assigned by the licensed staff member • Meeting proficient or higher evaluations on established Performance Standards • Assisting the licensed staff member with assigned tasks • Completing non-licensed instructional responsibilities Essential Skills and Qualities: • Aptitude for flexibility and patience in handling work demands • Ability to assist students in designated areas • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Capacity to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse backgrounds The ideal candidate will possess excellent cooperative, collaborative, and problem-solving skills, along with a strong commitment to student education.
