• Administer proficiency assessments for students. • Develop lesson plans to address students' strengths and weaknesses. • Develop and deliver remedial training for students with substandard performance. Requirements: • Master of Music in Music Education and/or Performance (DMA preferred) or equivalent professional experience. • Proficiency in ear training and music theory.
