Personal Assistant to Musician

ACLMTE is a full service entertainment staffing agency working with clients all over the country. We are currently in search of a full time personal assistant for a musician based in Nashville, TN. What Winning In This Role Looks Like • You show up with a great attitude and genuinely enjoy being of service • You are a go getter with a strong work ethic • You pride yourself in the successful completion of tasks and follow through • You are trustworthy and discreet • You are a problem solver and are able to think creatively • You are solution oriented • You are flexible and can successfully pivot at a moments notice • You work well with a variety of people- from creatives to business execs to peers • You are efficient and well versed at working in a fast paced environment • You have a strong attention to detail and are highly organized • You are an efficient communicator • You are attentive and able to anticipate needs • You are skilled at reading a room and know when to fade into the background • You are more proactive than reactive and are always 2 steps ahead • You are intuitive, adaptable and flexible • You are someone who can jump right into a team, easily adapt to how they operate and successfully and seamlessly integrate • You love to travel and can do so at a moments notice • You have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation • You have a current passport • You are preferably already located in the Nashville area Regular Tasks for This Role: • Daily errands • Prepping for travel (packing, unpacking, sending items ahead, set up and break down of hotel rooms, etc) • Working closely with the clients full team to ensure the smooth completion of micro and macro goals • Booking appointments • Assisting with gifting needs • Planning for principals needs and doing food runs as needed • Making sure core items for the principal are always in stock at the home. Skills/Experience/Education • Previous experience working as a personal assistant is preferred • Previous experience touring is preferred • Previous experience working in the entertainment industry is required • You have experience traveling domestically and internationally • Self starter • Strong Critical Thinking • Adaptable in a variety of situations • Able to read a room • Knowledge of how to dress appropriately in different situations • Genuinely enjoys being of service • Physically able to lift 50+ lb luggage
