ACLMTE is a full service entertainment staffing agency working with clients all over the country. We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Assistant for a full-time, in-person role based in Franklin, TN. This position will support a high-profile recording artist across a wide range of personal, professional, and touring commitments and requires exceptional discretion, strong organizational skills, and a flexible, proactive approach. Significant domestic and international travel is a core component of this role.

Traveling with the principal on tour, both domestically and internationallySupporting the principal on the road - keeping essentials stocked and accessible, ensuring they are where they need to be and have what they needRunning errandsHome management and organization, including managing housekeepers and vendorsAssisting with home setup and ongoing household needsGrocery shopping and household restockingOversight over shipping, receiving, and returning packagesPrepping principal for travel and packing as neededCalendar managementSending principal pertinent reminders of meetings, phone calls, events, birthdays, and appointmentsBooking appointments, travel, and reservationsAssisting with gifting needsAssisting with wardrobe needsOrganizing files and information, personal and professionalTaking direction from both the principal and their team to understand what needs are urgent and how to prioritize tasksWorking closely with the principal's full team to accomplish macro and micro goalsSkills / Experience / Education

Salary: $100,000-$125,000 depending on experience
