Personal Assistant to Songwriter/Producer

Songwriter/producer working out of home studio (and other locations) seeks a Personal Assistant. Requirements:: - clean driver's license - love for and understanding of current pop music and working knowledge of its major artists and sounds - great people skills, a strong work ethic and great problem-solving abilities - strong verbal and written skills - must be detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills - must be resourceful, flexible and able to work independently - must be able to multi-task extremely well - computer skill and experience on Mac platform - must be high-energy and have ease with shifting gears quickly and anticipating priorities - must have own laptop (preferably also own iPhone) - must live in or near Westchester or have ability to independently get there with own transportation - managing social media tasks - organizing studio time/daily agendas - helping with administrative aspects of studio and computer equipment upgrade currently in progress - telephone: handling almost all producer's phone calls (potential recording clients, scheduling and confirming appointments, etc) - various personal errands for producer (shopping, food/Starbucks pickups, etc) - picking up and dropping off of studio clients and visitors - research and idea development for improving producer's workflow - keeping status report of all tasks/projects in progress Please understand: This is a personal assistant job, not a recording engineer/music producer gig or a talent search.
