Personal Assistant to the Music Director

This includes managing the MD's schedule, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and fostering continuity around the MD's initiatives. The PA will also play a pivotal role as a liaison between the MD and the full range of the ASO’s functions, including Orchestra Personnel, Library, Artistic Planning, Production, Operations, Development, Education, Marketing & Communications, the General Manager's office and the Executive Director’s office. Key aspects of the role include: Being present and providing on-site support to the Music Director for all her ASO activities when she is present in Atlanta, at flexible hours, to match her and the ASO's complex schedule, including evenings and weekends, and in addition to business-day responsibilities. Coordinating the Music Director’s Orchestra Personnel obligations under the ASO’s Collective Bargaining Agreement with the General Manager’s Office and the Orchestra Personnel Team.
