What Winning In This Role Looks Like • You are go getter with a strong work ethic • You are trustworthy and discreet • You are a problem solver and are solution oriented • You are an excellent multitasker • You are driven and are looking for a long term position • You can easily pivot at a moments notice • You work well with a variety of people- from creatives to peers to business executives • You are efficient and well versed at working in a fast paced environment • You have a strong attention to detail • You have a great personality and show up with a positive attitude • You are attentive and able to anticipate needs • You are able to anticipate potential problems and sort them out before they arrive • You are more proactive than reactive • You love to travel and are able to do so frequently • You maintain a calm demeanor even in high pressure situations • You have a valid drivers license • You have a current passport • You have a on call 24/7 mentality Regular Tasks For This Role • Manage day to day schedule • Handle email traffic, requests and queries appropriately and timely in an organized and professional manner • Frequent travel, both domestic and international, private • Sending principal pertinent reminders of meetings, phone calls, events, birthdays, appointments, etc • Assisting principal with various correspondence • Booking appointments • Coordinating Travel • Prepping principal for travel (packing, unpacking, etc) • Booking travel, accommodations and ground • Advancing hotel rooms & having rooms pre-keyed • Making reservations • Assisting with gifting needs • Taking direction from the principal, understanding what needs are urgent and how to prioritize tasks • Working closely with the principal's full team to accomplish macro and micro goals • Running errands • Making sure other homes are ready for arrival of principal • * Managing/keeping detailed records of various inventory across the home Skills/Experience/Education • Previous experience working as a personal assistant for a high profile celebrity is REQUIRED • Previous experience working with a Singer is preferred • Experience traveling extensively both domestically and internationally • Self Starter • Strong Critical Thinking Skills • Adaptable in a variety of situations • Able to read a room • Operate at the highest level of discretion • Able to navigate multiple complex personalities • Work with a calm sense of urgency • Maintain boundaries at all times • Genuinely enjoys being of service Reference: ECNJOBID-66-249-69-232 in the application
