Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintain a respectful and positive environment for the musicians of the orchestra and chorus. • Along with other Artistic Department staff, ensure smooth operation of all activities involving H+H and substitute musicians in compliance with the CBA including communicating and coordinating with conductors, librarians and other administrative staff. • Assist with artistic budgeting process as needed. • Serve as the Personnel Manager for rehearsals and concerts. Required Qualifications: • Thorough knowledge of classical music and understanding of orchestra and chorus structure and practices.
