Position Summary: The Personnel Manager oversees orchestra personnel administration for all Eugene Symphony performances, rehearsals, auditions, education activities, development events, and special projects. This role works closely with the Executive Director, Music Director, Operations Manager, Orchestra Librarian, and Artistic Administrator to support the successful execution of all artistic activities and maintain a positive and professional working environment for musicians and guest artists.
