1.2Background : The Government requires Musician services in support ofmilitary religious and worship activities. 1.2.1 TheMusician shall provide the services of a Musiciansinger / instrumentalist under the Yuma Proving Ground (YPG)Chaplains Religious Support Program as defined in the CommandMaster Religious Program (CMRP). As a nonpersonal services Musicianthe Contract Musician is not a member of the Commanders Staff or The Contract Musician shall providemusic to facilitate worship services conducted under the scope ofthe Garrison Chapel program. Musical selections will bemade in consultation with the Garrison Chaplain and / or the clergyleading the worship service.
