Pianist

Overview

HealthPro Heritage has a great **Part-Time Pianist opportunity at The Hebrew Home in Riverdale, NY, a retirement community.** This role involves performing live music for residents during the week, with occasional weekend availability.

A **strong preference will be given to candidates who have some experience playing a secondary portable instrument** and are comfortable moving throughout the venue while performing.

**Wage: $25- $30 hourly**

**SCHEDULE:**

* **Tuesday:** 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
* **Wednesday:** 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
* **Sunday:** 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Qualifications
--------------

* Proficiency in one or more musical instruments and the ability to perform live for an audience
* Experience performing for older adults or in a senior living, healthcare, or community setting preferred
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, engaging presence
* Ability to adapt music selections to meet residents’ preferences and abilities
* Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
* Availability to perform during weekdays with occasional weekend availability
