Piano Division Manager

Amro Music is looking for an energetic, solutions-focused leader to serve as the next manager of its piano department. The ideal candidate would thrive with the following responsibilities: * Providing leadership, mentorship, guidance, and assistance to an experienced team of individuals, including piano movers, technicians, and salespeople * Set financial objectives for the department, then develop strategies to achieve these objectives * Meet regularly with the leadership team and the owners of Amro Music to develop company-wide strategies and offer support for other company-wide objectives * Represent Amro Music at industry functions, meetings, and calls * Work alongside the marketing manager at Amro Music to craft marketing pieces to drive sales and reach other financial objectives * Manage relationships with manufacturing partners, including ordering new keyboard products for the department. Compensation: Compensation for this position would be comprised of a salary ($60,000 per year), a commission on sales, and a year-end bonus based on the profitability of the department. This position would provide high-achieving and qualified candidates the opportunity to earn $100,000 per year or more.
