Duties Design and implement comprehensive curricula tailored to diverse age groups and skill levels, incorporating fundamental techniques and creative expressionDeliver engaging individual and group lessons that motivate students to improve their skillsAssess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adjusting lesson plans accordinglyIncorporate various teaching methods including lesson planning, visual aids, and multimedia tools to enhance learning experiencesOrganize and lead performance opportunities, recitals, or workshops to showcase student achievementsCollaborate with other instructors or program coordinators to develop interdisciplinary projects involving rhythm, theater, or danceRequirements Proven experience in teaching piano with a focus in music theoryStrong classroom management skills to create an encouraging environment for learners of all agesAbility to work effectively with children, teenagers, and adult students across different skill levelsKnowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practicesFamiliarity with behavior management strategies to support positive student engagementExperience working with special education needs or in inclusive classroom settings is a plusThis position is fully paid and ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about music education and eager to make a meaningful impact through energetic instruction.
