• Actively preparing all students to participate in Learn Music performance opportunities (Learn Music Live, Learn Music Legends, open mics, in-class performances, etc.) • Having at least 10% of your students perform at Learn Music Live • Teaching students the necessary skills to be great musicians (note reading, music theory, and proper technique). • Attend all “all-staff” meetings (4 per year). • Assign a video (one that you record) for all students who cancel without 24 hours' notice (you no longer need to do this for no-shows). • Fill out Legends recommendations on time.
