Piano Instructor – Cleveland (Beachwood/Orange Area)

Maestro Musicians Academy is seeking a piano instructor to join our growing Cleveland location at Eton Chagrin Boulevard.

We are looking for a teacher who enjoys working with children, communicates well with parents, and is interested in building long-term student relationships.

This position is ideal for someone who wants the support of an established music school while maintaining flexibility in their schedule.

Founded in 2014, Maestro Musicians Academy provides high-quality private music instruction in Massachusetts and Ohio. We specialize in helping students develop not only musical skills, but also confidence, discipline, creativity, and a lifelong appreciation for music.

Our Cleveland location serves families throughout Beachwood, Pepper Pike, Orange, Solon, Moreland Hills, and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities

Teach one-on-one piano lessons to students of varying ages and levels
Create engaging and effective lesson plans
Track student progress and provide feedback to families
Prepare students for optional recitals and performance opportunities
Maintain a positive, encouraging learning environment
Communicate professionally with administrative staff and parents

Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree in Music, Piano Performance, Music Education, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Strong piano proficiency
Experience teaching piano lessons
Reliable transportation
Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred

Master's degree in music or music education
Experience teaching children ages 5–12
Experience preparing students for recitals, auditions, or examinations
Familiarity with multiple teaching methods and learning styles

Compensation

$30-$32 per hour based on experience
W-2 employee position
Paid sick time

Students supplied by the school

Schedule

We are currently seeking availability during:

Weekday afternoons and evenings (approximately 3:00 PM–8:00 PM)
Saturdays

Initial teaching hours may be limited while schedules are being built, with opportunities for growth as enrollment expands.
