Maestro Musicians Academy is a growing music school with locations in Massachusetts and Ohio. We believe music lessons should do more than teach notes—they should help students develop confidence, discipline, creativity, and a lifelong appreciation for music.
Our administrative team handles scheduling, billing, and family communication so teachers can focus on what they do best: teaching.
Position
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Piano Teacher to teach private lessons in our Lexington, Massachusetts location.
Students range from beginners through advanced levels, and teachers are encouraged to adapt lessons to each student's goals while maintaining high musical standards.
Responsibilities
Teach engaging one-on-one piano lessons
Create a positive and encouraging learning environment
Communicate lesson progress with families
Maintain accurate lesson notes
Prepare interested students for recitals, festivals, and examinations
Arrive on time and maintain a professional teaching environment
Qualifications
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Music (Master's or Doctorate welcomed)
Strong piano performance skills
Previous private teaching experience
Excellent communication skills
Dependable and organized
Passion for helping children succeed
