The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations including: production scheduling, manufacturing, maintenance, warehousing, logistics, and transportation, with dotted-line association with site EH&S, food safety & quality assurance, R&D, and the general business practices and needs. This role ensures the safety and development of all site associates, the efficient production of high-quality products, and the optimal utilization of materials and assets. The Plant/Operations Manager will lead continuous improvement initiatives to meet safety, quality, cost, and service goals. • Plant Safety and Quality • Manage inventory and product loss control to maintain quality standards. • Miscellaneous • Work with JD Edwards ERP system on work orders, inventory, and related functions.
