REQUIREMENTS: -3 to 5 years experience as an AV Tech for live events -Proficient understanding of live audio fundamentals and practices -Intermediate experience working with Digital Audio Consoles, specifically Behringer X32 -Knowledge of theatrical lighting with moderate experience programming/running cues -Organized, good with cable management, communicative, and good with time management -Fully vaccinated from COVID-19 EXPECTATIONS: -Function as a solo AV Tech for a variety of live events -Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively -Understand signal flow as it applies to audio, video and lighting -Store away house equipment as directed and keep the sound booth tidy and organized THINGS TO NOTE: -Littlefield is only open for events so AV Tech shifts will vary depending on the time and length of the event. There is usually one event on a given weeknight and sometimes 2 to 3 events on weekends. AV Tech generally comes in 2 hours before doors. We understand that you may have other AV gigs during the week so you can pick up as few or as many shifts available. Please do not apply if your only qualification is a college/ trade school degree or experience (i.e Fullsail, SAE, etc.).
