Cleaners must be thorough, careful and consistent in their work as they clean the venue. The Cleaning Crew is responsible for maintaining the venue's cleanliness post-show to the standard set by management and ensuring the venue remains secure while on the property.Responsibilities:Clean, stock, and supply designated facility locations overnightSweep/mop floors and vacuum carpetsWash and sanitize toilets, sinks, and showers.Restock toilet paper, paper towels, soap, sanitizer, etc.Clean and buff mirrors and windowsKeep all guest and artist facing areas clear of debris and trashCarry out occasional heavy cleansing tasks and special projectsNotify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairsEnsure supply rooms/areas are fully stocked and maintainedPractice professional workplace etiquetteFollow all health and safety regulationsQualifications:High School diploma or GEDProven experience as a cleanerMust be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, climb stairsMust have reliable transportation (May be required to work until after public transit has ceased for the day/night)Must be able to lift up to 55lbs.Must be able to work evenings into overnight and weekendsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA strong sense of teamworkRequired:Experience in cleaning services or related type workAbility to read, write and follow written instructionDetail-oriented and team player with a positive "can-do" attitudeSense of UrgencyTime ManagementCritical thinking and decision makingHigh School diplomaTolerance of all cultures, music and art formsPreferred:High volume kitchen operationsFood Service as either an Expeditor or Server in a high-volume environmentExceptional communication skillsPhysical Demands/Working Environment:Work environment is fast-pacedPosition requires extended periods of prolonged standing, bending, stooping, reaching, and working on your feetMust be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniquesTolerance of loud noisesEqual Employment OpportunityWe are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
