Position Description:
A Part Time (10-12 hours per week) position, focusing on contemporary music leadership during the 9:00am service.This position will report directly to the Pastor as well as work collaboratively with band members.
Salary Range:
This position will pay a starting salary of $12,000/year based on the candidate’s qualifications.

Faithful disciple of JesusRelevant Experience or EducationProficiency in contemporary church music and related equipmentAn ability to communicate, teach and equip othersPrimary Responsibilities:
Leading the Praise Band during the 9:00am worship serviceLeading Praise Band during special services, as neededLeading Praise Band practices and rehearsalsDeveloping musicians musically and spirituallySpecific Duties:
Recruiting musicians for the praise bandDeveloping band members musically and spirituallyPlanning worship sets, rehearsal, and band schedulesChoosing music in accordance worship themesKeeping up with current trends and resources in regard to contemporary musicWorking collaboratively with the Media CoordinatorContributing to budget discussions and planningPay: From $12,000.00 per year
