Coordinate weekly Praise Team music with the Pastor, Choir Director, Projectionist, and Sound Tech, and any other musicians. Assist with weekly and seasonal worship planning regarding song selection and music flow, so that all parts of worship work together. Search out new music, particularly contemporary praise songs, appropriate to the Praise Team and Congregation; instruct the team for learning the song before introducing/teaching the same song to the congregation during worship.
