The Way is a gospel-centered, multi-cultural, multi-generational church committed to transforming our community by the POWER of the Gospel. We are currently seeking a passionate and spiritually mature Praise & Worship Musician to help lead our congregation in heartfelt worship each week.

We are praying for someone who can provide strong musical leadership, help cultivate excellence, and serve alongside our church family in creating a worshipful, Christ-centered atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Lead praise and worship during Sunday servicesParticipate in weekly rehearsals with the worship teamHelp cultivate a worshipful and Christ-centered atmosphereWork alongside church leadership and musiciansPreferably able to play keyboard while singingAssist with song selection and worship flowQualifications:

Strong singing ability and stage presenceAbility to lead a congregation confidently and spirituallyPreferably able to play keyboard/pianoTeam-oriented, dependable, and teachableAgreement with a gospel-centered church environmentPrevious worship ministry experience preferredSchedule:

Sunday morningsWeekly rehearsal (typically evenings)Compensation:

Compensation available and based on experience.
