Teach engaging, personalized, and effective private lessons to students of varying ages and skill levelsCreate a positive, encouraging, and educational lesson environmentHelp students grow musically, prepare for recitals, and inspire participation in performance opportunitiesCommunicate timely and professionally with students, parents, and staffKeep accurate attendance and lesson records using our digital scheduling systemDemonstrate reliability, professionalism, and enthusiasm every dayWhat We’re Looking For: A strong musical background demonstrated by at least 2 years of college-level music training, 5 years of teaching or professional performance experience, or an equivalent combinationA bachelor’s degree in music education, performance, or a related field is preferred; candidates currently working toward a degree are also encouraged to applyExperience working with a variety of learners of all ages and skill levels is preferredAbility to successfully complete an initial background check, as well as recurring background checks every three years as a condition of employmentYou’ll Succeed in This Role If You Have: This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position.
