Notes for Notes® (N4N) mission is to provide youth with free access to musical instruments, instruction, and recording studio environments so that music becomes a positive influence in their lives. N4N is a national nonprofit organization that provides safe, high-quality spaces for youth to explore, create and record music for free. Whether it's jam sessions, music theory workshops, or mastering Pro Tools sessions, your role is to make music education fun, accessible, and transformative. What You'll Do: • Lead daily studio operations with passion and precision • Mentor and supervise youth members, fostering positive relationships • Design and implement engaging music programs both in-person and online • Maintain studio equipment and ensure a creative, welcoming environment • Collaborate with volunteers and community partners to expand our impact • Capture and share studio moments through social media to inspire others • Organize schedules, track progress, and manage administrative tasks with finesse • 30–40 hours per week- Typical hours are scheduled from approximately 12:00 pm to 7:30 pm, Monday through Friday, but may vary as needed to meet the needs of the studio
