Product Design Lead, Systems & Practice

Established in 2015, Create Music Group is a leading music and entertainment company. It operates a number of companies including Label Engine, one of the largest independent music distribution platforms in the world, with over 75,000 artists and 5,000 label clients; and Flighthouse, a digital entertainment brand focused on Gen Z, which has more than 300 million followers across social media. Create Music Group is building a modular, next-generation platform that powers the entire lifecycle of a modern record label: from discovery and signing, through distribution, marketing, analytics, and beyond. Qualifications • A hands-on design leader with 8+ years of experience designing and shipping complex products, platforms, or workflow systems • Proven ability to build or evolve design systems that scale across multiple teams and products • Deep understanding of design thinking and research, and the ability to turn insight into elegant, scalable solutions • A passion for developing design practice and culture — from critique to craft to cross-functional collaboration • Curiosity about AI in design and how emerging tools can unlock new ways of working • Strong communication and influence skills; able to lead through craft, clarity, and collaboration rather than hierarchy
