We're looking for a Product Designer to join our Monetization team in Sheet Music Plus product. You'll combine product thinking, experimentation, analytics, and design craft to identify growth opportunities, optimize user journeys, and improve conversion across web and mobile products. We are actively integrating AI and automation into all areas of the business and expect candidates with mindset focused on improving efficiency and deliver a better user experience Key Responsibilities 3+ years designing digital products, preferably with subscription/freemium models Proven experience with monetization features and conversion optimization Hands-on A/B testing and data-driven design methodology Expert proficiency in Figma Cross-platform design experience (web and mobile) Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.) Hal Leonard, which joined Muse Group in 2023, is the world leader in sheet music publishing and music education.
