Are you passionate about music and excited to help others on their musical journey? Menchey Music, the area's largest family-owned music company, is looking for an enthusiastic **full-time Product Specialist** to join our Warehouse team at our Operations Center in Hanover, PA. This is a full-time, on-site, hourly position with semi-flexible day shifts Monday through Friday, plus seasonal opportunities for overtime.

**About the Role**
As our Product Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for teachers, customers, and fellow employees on accessory pricing, product information, and orders. You'll also manage our ShopMenchey website, keeping products and listings accurate and up to date.
**What You'll Do**
* Answer pricing and product questions from teachers, customers, and employees, and fulfill their requests
* Manage our online shopping platforms, including product updates and listings on ShopMenchey
* Make sure products are available to fill orders
* Reach out to customers about order issues and use your musical know-how to suggest great alternatives
* Restock accessories for our stores daily
* Create proposals for our school service department
* Schedule short-term rentals and coordinate deliveries
* Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
**What You'll Bring**
* Extensive knowledge of musical instruments and accessories
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a sharp eye for detail
* Great organization and the ability to prioritize your work
* Dependability your team can count on
* Advanced computer skills
* Customer service experience is a plus!
