The Role This is a unique opportunity to spearhead the development of pilots for near-term opportunities and develop a long-term strategy for leveraging Generative AI for our business. As Head of Product Design, you will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to drive product execution, including project kickoffs, daily scrums, sprint planning, and maintaining product specs and backlogs. Key Responsibilities • Develop a strong grasp of Minted's core assets and capabilities by efficiently exploring our tech stack, data, user experiences, and market opportunities. • Work with Eng and data partners to find ways to quickly experiment and validate using or working around our current tech stack.
