Production Lead

The Production Lead is a hands-on execution driven leader within Guitar Center’s Media Department, responsible for delivering high quality photo and video productions, in alignment with the brand’s products, storytelling and creative vision. The role ensures productions are executed on time, on budget and to industry standards. Reporting directly to the Manager of Production, this role serves as a production owner in translating creative concepts into fully realized productions, as this role bridges vision and execution by overseeing production planning, on-set management, and logistical coordination to ensure a seamless delivery of content. • 2 years of work experience as a production coordinator and or production assistant. • Experienced in production logistics and technical operational knowledge with both photo and video operations.
