ROLE: This role is to be a venue operations with the A Mighty Lamb Production team. The production lead is responsible for coordinating and executing Breaking Sound events and showcases. Essential: • Proven interest in music, art, live events, or music festival culture • Well-versed in the Las Vegas music scene • Well organized, process-driven, thorough and detail-oriented • Strong communication skills • Comfortable working to strict deadlines and solving problems under pressure • Able to wear many hats and take on varied tasks and projects • Freelance / contractor role - needs to be available on show days up to 6-8hrs, may be less. Working directly with our Mighty Lamb team, this role provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable work experience in the music industry. From concept to completion, you will have the opportunity to work with various bands and artists from around the world.
