The Production Manager is responsible for the logistics and production expense management of all La Jolla Music Society (LJMS) performances both in The Conrad Prebys Performing Arts Center and in outside venues. • Prepare and distribute production information for all concerts and rehearsals events with venue and LJMS staff. • Schedule and coordinate recording engineer(s) for any recording of concerts. • Work with Director of Operations, President, and other designated staff in long-range planning for LJMS; prepare budget projections as needed. • Familiarity with ArtsVision, Artifax, or similar venue and artistic management databases.
