Arthur Murray Dance Studios is seeking energetic, outgoing performers interested in training for a career as professional dance instructors.
Ballroom dance experience is not required. Paid professional training is provided.
We’re looking for people with stage presence, personality, musicality, coachability, and a genuine ability to connect with others. Candidates may come from theater, musical theater, dance, vocal performance, cheerleading, athletics, fitness, or other performing and movement-based backgrounds.
What You’ll Do
As a professional dance instructor, you’ll:
Train extensively in ballroom, Latin, and social dancing
Teach private and group lessons
Perform and participate in showcases, competitions, and live shows
Continue developing your own dancing and performance skills
Work closely with students of all ages and experience levels
Have opportunities for travel, competition, advancement, and leadership

You don’t need to arrive knowing ballroom dancing. We hire for potential and provide the training.
This is a full-time position with afternoon and evening hours, along with occasional weekend events and competitions.
Locations: Gainesville & Ocala, Florida
Average compensation: $40k-$60k per year
