Tuesday at 11:45 AM - 1:00 PM QUALIFICATIONS
Shall be educated and experienced in church/liturgical music. Shall be capable of providing sacred music during worship services and special chaplain services. Shall provide a list of qualified substitute musicians or cantors. Subject to an audition by the Chief of Chaplain Service RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide music on electric piano and vocal accompaniment Provide spiritual music for weekly worship services and special ceremonies (e.g., Last Roll Call of Remembrance, Ash Wednesday, Christmas Cantata, Good Friday, CPE Graduation, Dedication of the Battlefield Cross) at both the uptown and downtown chapels of the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center, Augusta, Georgia. Be available for weekly worship services and additional ceremonies per the Chaplain Service schedule, maintaining flexibility Provide substitute musicians/cantors when absent. Maintain a 95% performance quality level, measured by direct observation, and meet performance standards based on past performance. Comply with VA security/privacy requirements, report security incidents or breaches immediately, and cooperate in any resulting risk analysis. Job Type:
