Program Assistant for Music Center

Position Summary: The Program Assistant supports the Director of Community Programs in the day-to-day management and administration of Crowden’s community programs, including student recruitment, admissions and registration, faculty oversight, customer service, and production management for recitals and events. As a face of the Crowden Music Center to the public, the Program Assistant must demonstrate a personal understanding of and commitment to Crowden’s unique mission and educational philosophy. · Work with the Director of Community Programs to address student and parent concerns as needed. · Support the Director of Community Programs in the planning and facilitation of annual community programs faculty meetings.
