The Program Associate is the first point of contact for our existing and new members and supports HAAM’s Musician Services department. This position also works to improve organizational efficiency and increase depth and breadth of services. • Complete reports as assigned • Participate in community based events for our members • Other duties as assigned ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES And REQUIREMENTS • Work location: in office Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm, with occasional evening and weekend hours during special events. Experience/Skill Requirements • Strong personal alignment with, and commitment to, HAAM’s mission • 2+ years experience in customer service, program support, social services programming, administrative support, and/or healthcare navigation • Can-do spirit and a natural ability to build positive relationships quickly • Self-starter who embraces new challenge and is internally motivated to succeed • Strong communication skills, both in-person and thorough email and phone • Comfortable with and skilled in: • Troubleshooting challenges and coming to responsible solutions • Balancing multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously to deliver high quality work • Strong attention to detail • Working as part of a team • Working with diverse populations • Representing HAAM in the community • Reliable transportation
